Journaling
The night before my first day of my high school career I remember
being so excited. My backpack was full of new school supplies, and
I had picked out my “first day of school” outfit. I had planned on
wearing brown shoes with a cute little skirt and a pink blouse . Oh,
I was going to be the hit of the show in this outfit let me tell you!
I remember having a hard time sleeping the night before “dreaming”about all the wondering things that would happen that first day of school,
I would see some of my friends that I haven't seen all summer, I would
run into that crush I have yet to get the guts up to talk to, I would meet
the teachers I would be learning
from over the next 4 years, and
hopefully I would do all of this
with grace.. The next morning I
woke up with fortitude and got
ready for school. As I walked on
that campus I felt a new air
of confidence within myself., that is until someone pointed out my skirt was
tucked into my underwear, my cheeks turned bright red as I fixed my skirt

My friends are always there for support and advice. & of course I can always count on them for a good laugh. I dont know what I'd do with out them and our GIRL TALK.

Actions speak louder than words...as the saying goes, and I am a firm believer in that saying.Life lessons are best learned not through words but through life itself.I cant think of anything that someone has said to me that has stuck with me or changed my life. My mother however has taught me alot about life just by living her own. I have learned from her mistakes. I 've watched her fall and pick herself back up again. She worked hard and unfortunately played harder. I dont think that at the time she realized that her choices would have such a huge effect on me. But they did. They have actually made me who I am today. And that just goes to show that making mistakes isn't always a bad thing.

I never thought I could love another child as much as I love
your sister. You have taught me the heart always has room

Journaling reads:

Lilli and I took a little field trip to the Lubbock Science Spectrum Museum. She kept telling me the whole time that she was having fun. She’s been here before but every time we go is a chance to learn something new. Its amazing to me to see how much fun a two yr. old can have learning about science.
